Disclosed is a computer system that includes the following parts: a content analysis module detecting contents of interest; a tracking module which is coupled to the content analysis module and identifies the location of a user regarding the contents of interest; a device selection module which is coupled to the tracking module and determines the identification information of a notification device based on the user location and view area in order to access the device; and a notification module which is coupled to the device selection module and generates an activated content notification relevant to the contents of interest, including the identification information of the notification device to be displayed on the device.
