The present invention relates to a seat belt retractor capable of checking whether an infant seat is mounted or not. The seat belt retractor includes a spool where webbing is wound therearound; a frame where the spool is rotatably coupled and which accommodates the webbing wound around the spool; a flywheel gear which includes a driving gear on the same shaft as a rotary shaft of the spool at the center and unidirectional teeth formed along the outer circumferential surface, and which is mounted at an end of the spool to be rotated together with the spool; a lever which allows the webbing to be pulled in but not to be pulled out, by being caught with the unidirectional teeth when the webbing is pulled out to a predetermined first length, and which allows the webbing to be pulled in and to be pulled out, by separating from the unidirectional teeth when the webbing is pulled out, pulled in, and then pulled out again to a predetermined second length; an integrated plate which has a follower gear interlocked with a driving gear of the flywheel to be rotated together with the spool and the flywheel gear, and a first plate adjusting the lever based on the pulled out length of the webbing; and a sensing unit which checks whether or not the lever is adjusted with a sensor adjacent to the lever when the lever is adjusted by the first plate, to check whether an infant seat is mounted or not. |
