A tool for installing an removing a tyre, the tool comprising a handle portion, a first engagement portion which, in use, forms a fulcrum on the contact point with a first flange; a second engagement portion spaced apart from the first engagement portion and adapted to abutingly engage with a rim-overlapping bead portion of a tyre; a bridge portion linking the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion; and where the first engagement portion comprises a first planar contact surface facing towards the second engagement portion and arranged at a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal axis. The second engagement portion may comprise a lip portion projecting towards the first engagement member. |
