receiving a single happy bit for the plurality of MIMO streams, wherein the happy bit is computed based at least in part on one or both of a combined data rate and power of the plurality of MIMO streams; determining a set of scheduling grants for the UE configured to transmit over the plurality of MIMO streams based at least in part on the single happy bit; and transmitting the scheduling grant to the UE. |
