The present invention relates to an artificial fishing bank which may comprise: at least two fixing posts; a raising plate frame which is extended in both side directions from each top of the fixing posts, has a width direction shape formed in any one shape of a ∨ shape, a U shape, and a reversed pyramid shape having an opened top, and has a rectangular shape in a longitudinal direction; a first net member which is equipped in a cloth shape or a net shape at the length direction bottom end of the raising plate frame; a second net member which is equipped at the top of the first net member in a net shape which is less dense than the first net member in the length direction of the raising plate frame; and a fixing member which makes the first net member and second net member respectively fixed to the raising plate frame.
