SMART VIDEO MONITORING INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEM USING LOCATION BASED SERVICE

The present invention relates to a real-time location monitoring and image expression solution system for support to share, manage and monitor traffic situation information on a real time basis through a CCTV monitor, a vehicle, or a real-time location based service (LBS) system. The system comprises the following steps: a first step of producing location information through an open location based service network; a second step of acquiring image information through a camera; a third step of producing integrated meta information based on the image information acquired in the second step and location information produced in the first step; a forth step in which the integrated mega information produced in the third step is transmitted via external communication interface and in which the integrated meta information is integrated to a main ITS system in which information exchange between a mobile streaming system and a web-based service system is available; and a fifth step of providing traffic information for general users and a traffic monitoring system in the fourth step of being integrated to the main ITS system. The present invention produces mega information by integrating the location information and image information, improves the accuracy and variety of main DB information reflecting the same and strengthens the function of VMS service.
