The present invention relates to a numerical map updating system which records three-dimensional location information based on a reference point applied to an underground facility, and more specifically, to an improved numerical map updating system for more accurately indicating three-dimensional location information by stabilizing the role of the reference point and by detecting changes in the reference point to modify and update the same when the numerical map is manufactured with the underground facility as the reference point. |
