The present invention relates to an instant cooking system capable of effectively cooking food by heating cooking water such as water or meat stock and washed grains or semi-worked cooking ingredients. The present invention comprises a ingredient supply unit for transferring the cooking ingredients according to an applied control signal by connecting to a storage unit which stores the cooking ingredients of a particle shape or a particle material; a water supply unit for supplying cooking water according to the applied control signal by connecting to a water tube which stores the cooking water; a main body in which the ingredient supply unit and the water supply unit is installed, connected to the storage unit and the water tube, and arranges a cooking area in the ingredient supply unit and the water supply unit; a cooking unit mounted or released by being selectively inserted or discharged in the cooking area with a container shape having a cover, for storing the cooking ingredient and the cooking water through the ingredient supply unit and the cooking water supply unit by electrically connecting to the ingredient supply unit and the cooking water supply unit by mounting an inner case in the container, and for cooking the food by heating the ingredient and the cooking water according to the applied control signal; and a control unit installed inside the main body and for controlling the operation of the ingredient supply unit, the cooking water supply unit, and the cooking unit. |
