The present invention relates to a power train for an automatic transmission having an input shaft (10), an output shaft (20), and first to third planetary gear sets (PG1, PG2, PG3), including first to seventh operating elements (N1 to N7) constituting the first to third planetary gear sets (PG1 to PG3); and fastening elements including first to fourth clutches (C-1 to C-4) and first and second brakes (B1, B2). At least two of the fastening elements are operated to drive or restrain the first to seventh operating elements (N1 to N7), thereby achieving forward eight-speed and reverse two-speed. |
