Disclosed is a system for discharging exhaust gas of a ship. The system comprises: a funnel body; a hull reactor arranged inside the funnel body; an exhaust gas supplying pipe which induces the exhaust gas to enter into the hull reactor; and an exhaust gas discharging pipe which induces the exhaust gas to flow from the hull reactor to the outside. The hull reactor is connected to the funnel body and becomes a portion of the funnel body.
