a binary main group semiconductor material of formula Bi2Te3 and ZnO nanoparticles, wherein the ZnO nanoparticles are dispersed in a matrix of the binary main group semiconductor material, wherein the electrical conductivity of the thermoelectric composition decreases over a temperature range of 150 to 200° C. and the Seebeck coefficient of the thermoelectric material levels off over a temperature range of 150 to 200° C. |
