The present invention relates to a capsule for a beverage and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a capsule comprising the steps of: a) preparing a calcium solution; b) mixing a core material with the calcium solution; c) preparing an aqueous alginate solution; and d) adding the mixture of the calcium solution and the core material to the aqueous alginate solution to prepare a capsule, and to a capsule comprising a core and an outer layer containing alginate, more specifically, to a capsule for a beverage, comprising: a core containing calcium; a first outer layer having a chelate bond between calcium contained in the core and alginate; and a second outer layer containing sodium alginate. |
