PURPOSE: Vinyl chloride-based resin latex is provided to reduce a polymerization time by controlling the input ratio and timing of polymerization water and remarkably reduce energy consumption in a spray drying processes. CONSTITUTION: Vinyl chloride-based resin latex has a solid content of 50-65%. The vinyl chloride-based resin latex is used for manufacturing a paste vinyl chloride resin by a spray drying process. The vinyl chloride-based resin latex is manufactured by a step of conducting a polymerization by injecting 30-65 parts by weight of the polymerization water, based on 100.0 parts by weight of the monomers; and a step of injecting 5-15 parts by weight of the polymerization water when the polymerization conversion ratio reaches to 65-85%. |
