<p>The invention allows the recycling, recovery and valorisation of the industrial waste called suction carbon black, consisting of carbon black mixed with impurities such as particles of scrap iron, plastic, wood, screws, and washers. The installation comprises a receiving hopper (7) via which the suction carbon black is introduced, a vibratory sifter (8) which separates the impurities from the carbon black, and a magnetic grid (12) which allows the collection of the small iron impurities dragged along by the carbon black that passed through the vibratory sifter (8). Said installation also has transport and lifting means (3, 4) for receiving the impurity-free carbon black that falls through the magnetic grid (12), and for transporting and lifting same for the subsequent bagging thereof, free of impurities, preferably in small bags, for reusing in secondary applications of the rubber industry.</p> |
