<p>A system and a method for finding a broadband direction based on a DFT polyphase filterbank are provided. The system of the present invention comprises: N array antennae; a broadband reception module for receiving a broadband reception signal received at the N array antennae, converting the signal into an intermediate frequency signal, and outputting the intermediate frequency signal; an analog-to-digital conversion module for converting the outputted intermediate frequency signal into a digital signal and outputting the digital signal; and a broadband direction finding module for converting the outputted digital signal into M narrowband channel signals, detecting the converted narrowband channel signals by channel, and finding a direction using the detected narrowband channel signals. According to the system and the method for finding a broadband direction based on a DFT polyphase filterbank as described above, a direction with respect to a signal, such as a frequency hopping signal or a burst signal, existing in a very short time can be more easily and precisely found. Compared to the existing techniques, the system and method in the present invention can reduce the amount of calculation and increase the speed of calculation and the accuracy of finding a direction.</p> |
