A personal information reading management system includes a log file conversion server, a monitoring server, an analyzing server, and an explanation management server. The explanation management server sends an explanation request according to reading of personal information to a corresponding personal information reader; performs a first determination process for explanation documents according as his or her supervisor checks explanation information provided by the corresponding personal information reader; and checks whether the first determination is appropriate if the determination of the explanation documents used in the first determination process is not difficult. The explanation management server, if the first determination is checked to be appropriate, selects a part among the explanation documents used in the first determination, performs a second determination process, and finishes processing the remaining documents; if the first determination is difficult or the explanation documents are insufficient after performing the second determination, sends an explanation request again to the reader; and if the first determination is checked to be difficult or the explanation completion is appropriate or inappropriate after performing the second determination, stores the explanation documents whose determination is finished. |
