The present invention relates to a heat exchanger of a hydro half welded primary heat surface. More specifically, the present invention relates to a heat exchanger of hydro half welded primary heat surface which includes a heat exchange cell including a first heat exchange plate in which a hollow is formed and a first protrusion line having a predetermined shape is formed at one side of a bottom surface, a first primary heat surface portion in which a recessed metal is formed to be attached to an edge of the hollow in the first heat exchange plate, a second heat exchange plate in which a hollow is formed and a second protrusion line is formed at a location corresponding to the first protrusion line of the first heat exchange plate to face the first protrusion line, and a second primary heat surface portion attached to the second heat exchange plate and having a recessed metal being in contact with one side surface of the first primary heat surface portion to form a flow passage of a first fluid; and a distribution channel diffusing fluid pressure of the first fluid between the first and second heat exchange plates to uniformalize a flowing speed of a fluid, wherein the first and second primary heat surface portions are each formed having a maximum area among the whole area which maximizes the heat exchange. |
