The present invention relates to a spinner wheel for fiberization of a mineral wool that extends a service life by preventing high-temperature corrosion occurring in a spinner wheel in contact with a mineral wool material containing an iron composition, and provides a spinner wheel rotated at high speeds to manufacture mineral wool as fibers, wherein a space to circulate cooling water is formed inside the spinner wheel and a concave groove is formed on the inner face of the spinner wheel in contact with the cooling water. At such juncture, the spinner wheel is configured to include a side face part of a pipe shape in contact with the mineral wool material molten on an outer periphery face, while formation of a concave groove is desirable on the inner periphery face of the side face part. If high-temperature corrosion is prevented by increasing a cooling efficiency as in the present invention, a service life of the spinner wheel is extended, and not only operation costs of the mineral wool fiberization facility including a replacement cost for the spinner wheel can be reduced accordingly, but also productivity can be increased by reducing manufacturing losses during a replacement of the spinner wheel. |
