The present invention relates to a burr fixing module having rotational stability and a noise prevention function and a dental handpiece comprising the same to prevent fusion of a burr and a burr pin while avoiding separation of the burr. The burr fixing module comprises a shaft installed at the central part of an impeller to rotate together when the impeller rotates and comprising an inclined region, which is tapered downward to have a larger inner diameter at an upper side, in a portion of the inner circumferential surface thereof; a burr holder inserted into the shaft with the burr being inserted into a hollow and having multiple through holes for burr pins disposed along the circumferential direction; a spring elastically supporting the burr holder downward at the inner upper part of the shaft; and burr pins inserted into the through holes for burr pins of the burr holder to surround and come in contact with the burr inserted in the hollow of the burr holder and performing wedging action by pressing the burr by being pushed to the lower side in the inclined region of the shaft. The burr pins are surface-treated for preventing fusion due to the contact with the inclined region of the shaft and the burr. |
