Disclosed are a binder composition for a secondary battery including a first nanoparticle whose average particles are not more than 100 nm with glass transition temperature which is 60°C or more or without the same; a first polymer binder whose glass transition temperature is not more than 20°C; and a polar functional group which enables the first polymer binder to be chemically connected to the first nanoparticles, and a negative electrode and a lithium battery including the same.
