PURPOSE: A binder for secondary battery is provided to improve adhesive force and conductivity by point contacting. CONSTITUTION: A binder for secondary battery provides adhesive force between electrode active materials and between electrode active material and a current collector. The binder comprises non-conductive polymer sphere having spherical shape and conductive polymer located inside and/or on the surface of the non-conductive polymer sphere. 0.05-10 wt% of the conductive polymer is included based on the total weight of the binder.
