The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube-based anti-cancer agent and an anti-cancer agent manufactured thereby. The method comprises the steps of: (a) transforming the surface of multi-wall nanotubes into a carboxyl group; (b) bonding an EDC (N-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-N-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride) linker to the carboxylized multi-wall carbon nanotubes in pH 5.2-5.5; and (c) bonding the multi-wall carbon nanotubes to which the EDC linker is bonded with the anti-cancer agent in pH 5.9-6.2, thereby providing the anti-cancer agent that can overcome cancer drug resistance. |
