The communication module is used for communicatively connecting to a communication server. The control unit is coupled to the communication module. The control unit utilizes the communication module to receive a one-to-one packet from the communication server according to a first period, and ignore a one-to-many packet on the communication server. The control unit utilizes the communication module to transmit a second one-to-many packet to the communication server according to a second period.
