The substrate peeling method comprises the steps of: irradiating a laser to a substrate combination comprising a first substrate and a second substrate arranged on the first substrate and combined with the first substrate; separating the second substrate from the first substrate; measuring the optical properties of the first substrate; and controlling the output of the laser corresponding to the optical properties.
