The present invention relates to a smart phone fitness device capable of providing a load. According to the present invention, a smart phone is used to control the load or provide a virtual screen, the screen is displayed according to traveling during forward traveling and reverse traveling, and an exercise assistance unit that is formed of an elastic material is configured to be at a joint between a mount and a support to allow waist exercise. According to the present invention, the smart phone is used to control the load or provide the virtual screen, and thus boredom during the exercise can be alleviated. Also, the screen is displayed according to the traveling during the forward traveling and the reverse traveling, and thus a leg muscle can be developed in a balanced manner. The load that is applied according to a load degree set by a user is flexibly changed, and thus exercise efficiency can be improved. |
