The present invention relates to a system for storing a condensate, comprising; a condensate supply controller for supplying a condensate to a condensate flash drum to determine whether a level of the condensate is a first setup level; a line valve controller for opening a line valve installed on a transportation pipeline which transports the condensate within the condensate flash drum in the case that the level of the condensate, determined by the condensate supply controller, is the first setup level; a pressure measurement part for measuring gas evaporation pressure of the condensate after the line valve controller opens the line valve to determine whether the pressure is under a setup value; a tank valve controller for opening a first tank valve installed on the transportation pipeline to store the condensate in a first condensate tank in the case that the gas evaporation pressure measured by the pressure measurement part is under the setup value. The present invention can discriminate whether chemical properties of the condensate are good or bad and store the condensate even without individual check by a manager by automatically measuring the gas evaporation pressure of the condensate generated in an LNG float production and offloading (FPSO).
