PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of rubber-containing graft copolymer powder is provided to improve rubber content of a graft copolymer powder, thereby improving physical properties, especially impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of rubber-containing graft copolymer powder comprises a step of coagulation by adding 0.1-10 parts by weight of calcium carbonate suspension into 100.0 parts by weight of rubber-containing graft copolymer latex. The average diameter of the calcium carbonate is 0.03-0.6 micron. The rubber content of the rubber-containing graft copolymer latex is 50-90 weight%. The rubber-containing graft copolymer latex is manufactured by emulsion polymerization. |
