PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bivalve processing device capable of easily attaining high performance.SOLUTION: A bivalve processing device is formed to take out an edible part for eaten fresh from other shell 2b positioned in a lower side after opening an original shell 2 by forced opening means 8. In the bivalve processing device, foreign material removal means 6 is provided for removing foreign materials attached to a part to be contacted with at least an upper absorption pad 61 in a surface of one shell 2a in an upstream side of a shellfish conveyor direction of the forced opening means. |
