PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for simplifying an operation to start photographing by moving a support body to a photographing start position according to a photographing region.SOLUTION: A medical X-ray photographing device 1 includes: a turning arm 30 for supporting an X-ray generator and an X-ray detector 21; and a movement mechanism 200 including a turning part 201 for turning the turning arm 30 and a movement part 202 for moving the turning arm 30 along a two-dimensional plane orthogonal to an axial direction of the turning axis. The medical X-ray photographing device 1 also includes: a photographing region designation part 610 for receiving an operation to designate part of a dental arch as a pseudo intraoral photographing region; a body control part 60 for moving the turning arm 30 to a predetermined photographing start position according to the pseudo intraoral photographing region by controlling the movement mechanism 200 on the basis of a movement start signal; and a signal output switch 71 including a movement start signal output part for outputting the movement start signal to the body control part 60. |
