<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic thin film solar cell which has excellent power generation efficiency and high production efficiency.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic thin film solar cell comprises: (a) a process of forming a first conductivity type organic semiconductor layer and a second conductivity type organic semiconductor layer which are laminated on a first electrode layer in this order; and (b) a process of filling a recess of an electrode mold which has the recess on a press surface and includes a second electrode layer at least on an inner wall of the recess with both organic semiconductors by pressing both organic semiconductor layers from the second conductivity type organic semiconductor layer side in a state where both organic semiconductor layers are softened by heating to electrically connect the second conductivity type organic semiconductor layer to the second electrode layer on the recess inner wall, in which an uneven hetero junction plane is formed between the first conductivity type organic semiconductor layer and the second conductivity type organic semiconductor layer.</p> |
