An alarm method in a mobile communication terminal includes a process of determining the generation of a call request refusal event; a process of detecting at least one information among the location information of a mobile communication terminal, the shift information of the mobile communication terminal, and predetermined schedule information from a point of time when the call request refusal event occurs; and a process of executing alarm which recommends a call with a caller of a predetermined call request refusal object according to the at least one information detected.
