The present invention relates to a wiring apparatus having tightening and loosening functions of electric wires. The wiring apparatus can sequentially transfer a plurality of wires by positive and reverse rotation of the wiring apparatus and transfer the respective electric wires to an operator such like a conveyor system and pull out the wires from a guide roller in order to wire the wires, by connecting between telegraph poles at a railway work section with a loop for wiring or replacing a power distribution line and a communication line to install the loop, and circulating and operating the loop for the electric wires to be supplied and recovered. Additionally, the present invention can easily replace a conventional old wire by such work method, thereby significantly reducing working time and labor costs required for wiring and replacing. |
