PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical equipment capable of easily and precisely forming a sub lumen in which an operation line is inserted along an axis line.SOLUTION: A tubular body 10 includes a wire reinforcement layer 30 in which a reinforcement wire 32 is wound around a main lumen 20, a sub tube 40 made from resin which refines a sub lumen 42 which has a diameter smaller than the main lumen 20 and is arranged outside the wire reinforcement layer 30, and an outer layer 50 made from resin which contains the wire reinforcement layer 30 and the sub tube 40. An operation line 60 is inserted into the sub lumen 42, with a tip end connected to a far portion of the tubular body 10. An operation part bends the far portion of the tubular body 10 by traction operation with the operation wire 60. A holding wire 70 is encapsulated in the outer layer 50, with the sub tube 40 and the wire reinforcement layer 30 being commonly wound. In medical equipment (catheter 100), the holding wire 70 contacts to a periphery on an outer diameter side of the sub tube 40 and an outer surface of the wire reinforcement layer 30 respectively. |
