PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication terminal capable of continuing natural dialogue even when communication with a server is discontinued.SOLUTION: The information communication terminal includes: a position acquisition section 105 that acquires a positional information representing the present position; a communication status determination section 106 that determines whether the communication between an information communication terminal 100 and a server 200 is possible; a stand-by time calculation section 107 that, when it is determined the communication is impossible at a first timing during dialogue, estimates a second timing when the communication restores, and calculates a stand-by time from a third timing when the recognition of a voice of a user 20 is completed after the first timing to the second timing; and a simple dialogue processing section 104b that presents a piece of information to the user 20 according to the length of the stand-by time within the stand-by time. |
