摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cu-Ni-Si based copper alloy excellent in strength, conductivity and flexure deflection coefficient.SOLUTION: There is provided a Cu-Ni-Si based copper alloy containing, by mass%, Ni:1.2 to 4.5%, Si:0.25 to 1.0% and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities, and having total of an area ratio of a (122) face rolling perpendicularly and the area ratio of a (133) face of 15% or more, flexure deflection coefficient in a direction perpendicular to rolling of 125 GPa or more, yield strength YS in the direction perpendicular to rolling satisfying the following formula: YS≥-22×(Ni mass%)+215×(Ni mass%)+422, and conductivity in the direction perpendicular to rolling of 30% IACS or more.
