PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure roller capable of suppressing deformation of a sheet material without providing a difference in outer diameter in an axial direction, a fixing device including the pressure roller, and an image forming apparatus including the fixing device.SOLUTION: A pressure roller 50 is pressed against a fixing belt 41, and a sheet S is inserted through between the pressure roller 50 and the fixing belt 41. The pressure roller 50 comprises: a core bar 51; an elastic layer 52 that is provided around the core bar 51 and has a porous structure; and a surface release layer 53 that is provided overlapped on an outer peripheral surface of the elastic layer 52. The elastic layer 52 has a porosity at both ends larger than a porosity in a central part in a width direction of a paper feeding area Wt of the sheet S. |
