PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a fluidized layer by using fine particles of an average particle size of 1μm or smaller as a fluidization medium.SOLUTION: After fine particles of an average particle size of 1μm or smaller are mixed with water solvent to form a slurry, and the water solvent is separated from the slurry by e.g. filtration, and the resultant product is dried to form secondary particles formed through coarsening of the fine particles by coagulation. The resultant secondary particles are sieved to uniform the particle sizes of the secondary particle with an average particle size of 20-200μm. A fluidization gas is blown into the granule at a rate of 50- to 70-fold flow rate (L/min/kg) per kg of the granule so as to cause gas-phase fluidization without occurrence of channelling. |
