PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner capable of reliably and easily discriminating a position with clogged dust in an air course.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner 11 includes a cleaner body 12 having an electric blower 16. The vacuum cleaner 11 includes an air course 35 communicating with the suction side of the electric blower 16. The vacuum cleaner 11 includes multiple elements of detection means 42 respectively arranged in mutually different positions in an air flow direction inside the air course 35 and respectively detecting dust passing through the air course 35. The vacuum cleaner 11 includes control means 41 for performing predetermined control when dust detected by the detection means 42 positioned on the relatively upstream side of the air course 35 is not detected for a predetermined time or more by the detection means 42 positioned on the relatively downstream side of the air course 35. |
