PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of determining an overdischarged battery pack, a charging circuit capable of suppressing charging of an overdischarged battery pack and a charger including the charging circuit.SOLUTION: The battery pack has: a battery block including battery cells; and a storage storing a lower limit voltage of the battery block which is preset for each battery block model as battery information. The charging circuit includes a voltage measuring unit that measures an inter-terminal voltage Vmb of the battery block, and a control section. The control section reads a lower limit voltage VLb from the battery pack. When the inter-terminal voltage Vmb is larger than the lower limit voltage VLb, the control section permits the charging, and when the inter-terminal voltage Vmb is smaller than the lower limit voltage VLb, the control section prohibits the charging. |
