PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional booster horn such as (1) the booster horn is difficult to uniformly vibrate in a predetermined frequency, (2) amplitude does not become uniform in a central part and a peripheral part of the booster horn, (3) when a plurality of slots are provided in the booster horn, the booster horn easily ruptures from a slot end part, (4) there is the necessity of preparing a preliminary replaceable booster horn, and (5) weight reduction in the booster horn is difficult.SOLUTION: In the booster horn 2, an upper surface is set as an exciting surface 2b of ultrasonic vibration, and an under surface is set as a processing surface 2a, and a second slot 6 is provided for penetrating through the booster horn 2 in the right-angled direction to the input-output direction of the ultrasonic vibration, and a slit 7 opening on the processing surface 2a is formed by extending in the input-output direction of the ultrasonic vibration in a narrower width than the second slot 6 toward the processing surface from a processing surface side end part in the input-output direction of the ultrasonic vibration in the second slot 6. A width of the slit 7 is set in a width of about 0.2 mm-0.3 mm, and is processed by a wire cut. |
