PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain desired fastening force easily.SOLUTION: A binding band 1 comprises: a band part 2 having flexibility and having plural engagement teeth 4 formed along a longitudinal direction on its outer face; and an insertion port 5 disposed on one end of the band part 2 and into which a free end side of the band part 2 is inserted. In inside of the insertion port 5, a lock part 3 on which an engagement claw 6 for engaging with the engagement teeth 4 selectively and holding the band part 2 in a slip-off state is provided. On the band part 2, regulation projection parts 7A-7C for regulating insertion length of the band part 2 with respect to the insertion port 5 by coming into contact to the lock part 3 when the free end side is inserted into the insertion port 5 by a predetermined length range are formed. |
