PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate processing of a processing waiting business form in priority for a case to be progressed to a next processing step.SOLUTION: In a case where processing for plural business forms is necessary in one processing step of a case, the number of the plural business forms is obtained as a total number of business forms, and is registered in a case management part 104 by correlating with a case ID. Further, the case management part 104 retains the number of processed business forms in a focused processing step and the number of processing waiting business forms, for each case, and updates the numbers of aforementioned two-category business forms every time a business form is input and processing for business form is finished. A job display part 107 generates a list of processing waiting business forms in a focused processing step and presents a user with the generated list. In generating the list, a business form of a case for which the total number of processing waiting business forms and that of processed forms are the same as the total number of business forms is placed higher than a business form of other case on the list. |
