<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and a watch, capable of surely fixing an exterior part located at a switch part without using a screw.SOLUTION: The electronic device has an exterior part 3 covering a case main body 2 and its outer periphery, and includes: a wrist watch case 1 provided with a through hole 20 penetrating therein; a ring-shaped exterior fixing member 16 fitted in the through hole 20 of this wrist watch case 1 and pushing the exterior part 3 to the case main body 2; and a switch part 10 having a cylindrical member 18 pushing this exterior fixing member 16 to the wrist watch case 1 so as to be fixed inside the through hole 20 of the wrist watch case 1 and an operation member 19 mounted on this cylindrical member 18 in a retractable manner. Consequently, the ring-shaped exterior fixing member 16 is fitted in the through hole 20 of the wrist watch case 1 so as to enable the exterior part 3 to be pushed to the case main body 2 and also enable the exterior fixing member 16 to be pushed to the wrist watch case 1 by the cylindrical member 18 of the switch part 10.</p> |
