<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a fiber composite material member continuously with flexibility of the shape and high productivity.SOLUTION: Fiber bundles 1, 1' and 1'' are transferred from material stocks 2, 2' and 2'' to a joining station 4 by using transfer rollers 3a, 3b, 3a', 3b', 3a'' and 3b'' and the fiber bundles are combined in a laminar form by using at least two crimp units 5 and formed into a continuous laminate 6. The laminate 6 is then solidified to form a laminate which consists of fibers incorporated in one direction in plastic material matrix, is composed of at least two fiber bundles 6 and is capable of having shape memory.</p> |
