PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a vehicle mounted therewith with an increased antenna performance.SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes: a main body case 17a; a display section 18 mounted to the front side of the main body case 17a; a controller 20 connected to the display section 18; a communication section 22 connected to the controller 20; an antenna 23 connected to the communication section 22; and a chassis ground 24 for grounding the antenna 23. The antenna 23 is connected to an antenna ground 25 which is plane-contacted with the chassis ground 24 via ground part 26 on the antenna ground 25. The antenna 23 has an antenna element 27 disposed facing the antenna ground 25 and a signal line 29 connected to a power supply point 28 of the antenna element 27. The antenna 23 and the chassis ground 24 in the antenna 23 are molded with a resin 31.
