PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a heat medium pipe appropriately on a reinforced-concrete floor.SOLUTION: A pipe holder (10) to be used, along with a top reinforcement layer (12A) and a bottom reinforcement layer (12B) composed of reinforcement (12) assembled lengthwise and breadthwise in the form of mesh, to arrange a heat medium pipe (14) for flowing a heat medium for heating or cooling between the top reinforcement layer and the bottom reinforcement layer, install ready mixed concrete and build a reinforced-concrete floor includes: a top reinforcement support unit (10a) which is formed to engage the reinforcement (12) of the top reinforcement layer (12A); a bottom reinforcement support unit (10b) which is disposed at an interval below the top reinforcement support unit and is formed to engage the reinforcement of the bottom reinforcement layer; and a heat medium pipe holding unit (10c) which is formed to hold the heat medium pipe (14) at an intermediate position between the top reinforcement support unit (10a) and the bottom reinforcement support unit (10b). |
