The present invention relates to a concrete placing/distributing apparatus for a circular slip form in which a distribution pipe rotatably provided by a fixing frame is installed in a yoke and is moved up when the yoke is lifted, thereby easily placing concrete to form a wall. The concrete placing/distributing apparatus includes a plurality of yokes having a horizontal member and vertical members provided around the horizontal member and arranged in a circle; a pair of connecting members for connecting the yokes; form panels installed to inside and outside of the connecting member to form the wall of a building; a jack rod vertically installed in the form panel; a hydraulic jack installed to the horizontal member to lift the yoke along the jack rod at driving; upper and lower work platforms installed to the yoke; a fixing flame crossing the center of the yokes arranged in the circle; a distribution pipe rotatably installed to the center of the fixing frame and of which one end is interposed between the form panels; and a supply pipe connected to the other end of the distribution pipe to supply the concrete to the distribution pipe.
