PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding system of metal powder, capable of reducing the waste of nitrogen than before.SOLUTION: With the inside of a booth 1 under nitrogen atmosphere, a deburring coil 7 applies an alternating magnetic field to a compact 25 held inside a fixed hood 5 and the deburring coil 7, with an unloading clamp 4. Nitrogen is blown from a nozzle 22 at an approximately same timing as that of application of the alternating magnetic field, so that burrs of the compact 25 are removed. The powder dust generated on this occasion is suctioned into a duct 8 in the booth by a blower 2. After removal of burrs, the compact 25 is placed on a temporary stand 11 with the unloading clamp 4. A loading clamp 10 is moved to the vicinity of the compact 25 on the temporary stand 11, and the compact 25 (a surface held with the unloading clamp 4) is exposed to nitrogen blow from an outlet 24 of the loading clamp 10. The powder dust generated on this occasion is suctioned into the duct 8 in the booth by the blower 2. |
