PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintainability of a water quality adjustment part for suppressing scale deposition.SOLUTION: A hot water supply device includes: a hot water storage tank 3; a water supply pipe 12 in which water to be supplied to a lower part of the hot water storage tank 3 flows; a heating device 10 which heats the water sent from the lower part of the hot water storage tank 3 via a water inflow conduit 18; a hot water tapping conduit 19 in which the water heated in the heating device 10 flows. The water inflow conduit 18 or the water supply pipe 12 has a main flow passage 18a and a sub flow passage 18b which bypasses the main flow passage 18a. The main flow passage 18a has: a water quality adjustment part 23 which is configured attachable to/detachable from the main flow passage 18a and which flows out the water by changing the water quality of the flowing-in water into the water quality in which scale hardly occurs; a first closing valve 25a disposed on the upstream side of the water quality adjustment part 23 and closing a flow passage, and a second closing valve 25b disposed on the downstream side of the water quality adjustment part 23 and closing the flow passage. Thus, maintenance of the water quality adjustment part can be performed without stopping an operation of the hot water supply device. |
