摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal energy recovery system, thermal energy recovery method and next-generation solar thermal power generation system.SOLUTION: This invention provides a thermal energy recovery system, a thermal energy recovery method and a next generation solar thermal power generating system utilizing the same in which pulse power source generates pulse power and the pulse power is supplied continuously to an electrical supercritical fluid generator during operation of a rotary fluid machine, the system comprising a compression pump 27 for pressurizing working fluid to generate high pressure working fluid; a heat utilization heater for heating high pressure working fluid to generate high temperature high pressure working fluid; pulse power source 28 for supplying pulse power; electrical supercritical fluid generator 42 for generating high temperature supercritical fluid from one of high pressure working fluid and high temperature high pressure working fluid by applying electricity in response to pulse power to generate heat; a rotary fluid machine 40 for expanding high temperature supercritical fluid to convert it into mechanical energy; power generator GE driven by the rotary fluid machine to output power generating power; and a power storage system 20 for storing a part of the power generating power.
